It’s still October in Pacific Standard Time

Lords and Ladies of the Realms, I beseech you to acknowledge it is still October in some places in the world… and thus I’m technically still on time for my monthly post.

No, we don’t talk about my lazy-a$$ falling asleep on deadline day. Sleep deprivation is a real and serious problem affecting many worldwide.

Truthfully, I find this moment freeing. I always make a big deal of whatever it is I’m writing about and now I’m throwing caution to the wind.

This translates into the fact that I’m not agonizing over what I’m writing about or rewriting it many times over, beginning to hate writing, my projects, even self, in the process.

As a matter of fact, there’s no clear purpose or point to this post other than a facetious liberty of silliness and freedom. I don’t usually do this for the site, but tonight is a time to bend deadlines, rules and… even play tricks.

Many kids have been and some are still currently, mostly in the PST zone, trick-or-treating for Halloween.

Let’s call it a trick I played… by accident. A happy accident. Remember painter Bob Ross? According to his philosophy, mistakes are happy accidents.

Okay, not EVERY mistake is a happy accident, but this one certainly is.

I do actually have a post I’ve been working on and will submit for November, sometime before December. Gosh, I might even submit it “late” on PST deadline. 😉

I didn’t exactly dress up “in costume” this year, but I can pass off as a lowkey Paddington Bear.

Have a good night, everyone. 💜
