This month I bring you my mama’s immune booster recipe, the renown and lovely honey-cinnamon mix.
You’re in for a treat.
One that helps you recover in sickness and helps strengthen you in health. For better or worse, ladies and gentlemen, unite these two ingredients into one mighty solution that will aid you for the rest of your days.
First, acquire cinnamon powder and honey. Procure a cup or other container of your preference, in addition to one tablespoon and one teaspoon.
Scoop up a tablespoon of cinnamon powder into your cup or container of choice, followed by another tablespoon of honey that directly covers the aforementioned powder. Keep in mind the order is important.
Why?
To prevent the powder from floating up and flying into a mess, of course, once we begin vigorously stirring our solution into a nice, viscous liquid.
Now you’re ready to enjoy a few teaspoons at a time, throughout the day. Perhaps you might enjoy it on a slice of toast, instead. Get creative, the choice is yours.
